but it had a significant issue with cleanliness. My family and I were shocked to find roaches in our room, which severely impacted our stay. The staff seemed aware but offered little resolution. I hope they can address this promptly.

The room was clean and the staff was just fantastic. I lost my glasses, and when I called, they went above and beyond to help me-turns out they were on my head the whole time!

Had a lovely stay! The King bed was super comfy 🛌. The only downside was that the breakfast could’ve had more hot options. Overall, clean and convenient!

The breakfast spread was decent, with a good selection including hot items like eggs and sausage, though the dining area could have been larger to accommodate more guests. The pool area looked inviting, but I didn't have time to use it during my visit. One downside was the elevator, which seemed to be out of service during my stay. it was a bit of a hassle to navigate up and down the stairs with luggage. Also, the air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy, which was somewhat distracting at night, but it kept the room cool. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could use some improvement.
